Projects
ML-Based Prediction of Software Bug Fix Time
Developed an end-to-end machine learning system to predict software bug fix time using
approximately 20,000 real-world issue reports from software projects. Engineered NLP,
temporal, and metadata-based features and implemented an XGBoost ensemble model to
classify bug resolution timelines. The model achieved 86% accuracy, an F1-score of 0.83,
and a ROC-AUC of 0.91, demonstrating strong predictive performance on imbalanced data.
